October 2013 Challenge: One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

The October Challenge will have the theme "One Picture is Worth a Thousand Words". Prompts for the challenge will be an image sent to the participant which should inspire the story. Stories do not have to be exactly a thousand words, though they should come fairly close.

The October challenge stories will be due Monday, October 14th and will be revealed on Wednesday, October 16th. Please tag your story "one picture a thousand words" and " '13 october". Please remember to use the following header template (also found on the community profile page),  and to put the name of your story and your name in the subject line
