Oh, I know that it does include other things--the thing is, I drink all the time anyway--juice and skim milk for breakfast, and then water or decaf ice tea most of the rest of the day--I'm constantly sipping. I don't *go* anywhere without a bottle of water! And I vary it with occasional buttermilk or juice or diet Coke. And I always have a glass of skim milk before bedtime. I'm not sure *how* I could drink any more than I already do!!
